Finding your homein St. Louis.
Thirty years as a nurse practitioner taught Frank Krajczar how to stay calm, lead, and advocate when the stakes are high. He brings the same to buying and selling homes across Greater St. Louis — and to relocations in eight to nine states a year.

"Dad, don't quit your day job." That was Frank's son — a successful real estate developer — reacting to the news that his father had just earned a real estate license. Frank was a decade into what would become a very different second career, leaving behind thirty years as a nurse practitioner working alongside a group of orthopedic surgeons.
Over those three decades he assisted in roughly 20,000 knee and hip replacements, and spent years in cardiac ICU and healthcare management. It is an unusual résumé for a REALTOR®, and a useful one. The work taught him to stay composed when a situation turns, to lead a room, and to advocate for the person whose outcome is on the line.
The same instinct shapes how he runs a transaction. Over the years Frank has built a working network of mortgage brokers, attorneys, inspectors, and contractors across the region — the people a deal actually depends on when a timeline tightens or an inspection turns up something unexpected.
Alongside his Greater St. Louis practice, Frank handles relocations for clients in eight to nine states each year, supported by the referral network at RedKey Realty Leaders. He is Relocation Certified, an Accredited Buyer Representative, and the author of "Secrets Every Home Seller Needs to Know."
He is president of the Kings Ferry Homeowners Association and a member of the Oakville Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Realtors, and the St. Louis Association of Realtors. His recognition includes Rookie of the Year and multiple annual sales awards.
The neighborhoods he knows street by street.
Frank works a defined patch of St. Louis rather than the whole metro — which is why he can tell you what a block actually trades for, which school boundary runs behind which street, and what a house is likely to need before you ever write an offer.

Questions about Greater St. Louis?
Thirty years as a nurse practitioner — much of it in cardiac ICU and in the operating room alongside orthopedic surgeons — before he ever sold a house. That background shows up in how he works: he stays calm when a deal gets complicated, he explains what is actually happening in plain language, and he advocates for the person whose money is on the line.
Both. Frank is an Accredited Buyer Representative, and he works with sellers throughout South County and the wider St. Louis area. He will not represent both sides of the same transaction without full written disclosure to everyone involved.
A walkthrough of the house, then a written opinion of value based on comparable closed sales and what is currently competing with you. You get a range and the reasoning behind it, not a single number pulled from an online estimator.
Professional photography, full MLS syndication so the listing reaches the portals buyers actually use, and a pricing and timing plan built around your situation rather than a template. Frank also wrote a book on this — "Secrets Every Home Seller Needs to Know" — and is happy to walk you through the whole plan before you commit to anything.
Yes — this is a significant part of Frank's practice. He is Relocation Certified and handles moves across eight to nine states in a typical year, using the referral network at RedKey Realty Leaders to place clients with agents he trusts on the other end.
Yes. Your timing, your reasons for moving, and your financial position stay between you and Frank unless you give permission otherwise.
That's normal, and it's fine. Plenty of people talk to Frank a year or more before they move. Ask your questions now and decide later — there is no obligation attached to a conversation.
